Halyna Larionova has extensive experience in marketing and strategy roles. Halyna is currently the Central Marketing Director of the Logitech brand at ASBIS, where they develop and manages marketing communication strategies and campaigns. Previously, they worked as a digital and marketing strategy consultant at GN digital consulting and as the Chief Marketing Officer at SubBreather. Halyna has also held positions at Softline Group as the Microsoft Business Development Director for East Europe and Central Asia, at Microsoft Ukraine as the Business Management and Sales Operations Lead for Enterprise and Public Sector, and at Intellecom LLC as a Project Manager. Halyna started their career at Vodafone and Golden Telecom, where they worked in key account management and commercial call center roles.
Halyna Larionova completed their education as follows:
- In 2007, they attended MIM-Kyiv Business School and obtained a PMD MBA degree in the Program for Management Development.
- From 2003 to 2005, they studied at Kyiv National Economics University and earned a Master's degree in the Economy of Enterprises.
- Between 2001 and 2005, they attended KROK University and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Law.
- In 1996, they completed their Bachelor's degree in the Economy of Enterprises at Gorlovka Machine-building College.
Additionally, they have acquired several certifications, including becoming a Certified Business and Team Coach (CEE ICF) from WPG, a Professional Coach ACTP ICF from WPG, and a certification in Digital Transformation from Boston Consulting Group (BCG). Halyna also completed various online courses and programs on leadership, emotional intelligence, business strategy, and financial acumen from institutions such as Case Western Reserve University, LinkedIn, and INSEAD Executive Education. Halyna is also a member of the International Coaching Federation.
