Suzanne Reed has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Suzanne began their career in 2006 as an Administration/Project Manager at Wiki Helmets. In 2011, they joined Fundtech as an RBC Banking Application Support Expert/Trainer & T-1 Application Support Expert. Later that year, they moved on to CDI Managed Services, where they held various positions including Project Manager, Continual Service Improvement Manager, and Service Desk Manager. Since 2015, Suzanne has been working at Asbury Automotive Group, initially as a Manager in IT Support Operations and then progressing to Senior Manager and currently the Director in the same role.

Suzanne Reed has a College Prep Diploma from Rim of the World High School in Lake Arrowhead, CA. Suzanne also studied Business Administration and Management, General at Brigham Young University - Idaho. Additionally, they obtained a PMP certification from PMI in December 2015 and is certified in ITIL Foundations from ITIL Managers.
