Paula Donnell Mejia

Paula Donnell Mejia, PHR, SHRM-CP has over 27 years of experience in Human Resources. Paula most recently served as the Regional Human Resources Director at Asbury Communities, Inc., overseeing HR operations for more than 1,000 associates in Maryland and Tennessee. Prior to that, they held roles at Charles E. Smith Life Communities, including Human Resources Director and Employee Relations Manager, where they provided guidance on employee relations and managed HR processes.
