Ashley Menadue

As the Chief Financial Officer, appointed in April 2015, Ashley Menadue is responsible for the overall financial strategy and direction of ASC Pty Ltd inclusive of accounting, audit, tax, treasury, corporate finance and shareholder relations.

Ashley provides the Board and Executive with financial oversight of ASC, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, whilst developing financial strategies and executing the long-term financial success for the ASC Group.

Ashley also maintains a multi-departmental role within ASC, leading Finance as well as the Legal and Risk & Assurance functions.

Prior to his role at ASC, Ashley was the Financial Controller for ASC Shipbuilding (then part of the ASC Group), which saw him work closely with ASC Shipbuilding management to oversee the financial performance of the Air Warfare Destroyer program.

Ashley has held a number of senior-level positions over a career spanning 25 years, these include 16 years working in senior executive and corporate finance roles within BAE Systems Australia and auditing experience within KPMG.
