Mike Maupin

Mike Maupin has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles within the automotive industry. Mike has held positions at major companies such as Ford Motor Company, Visteon Corporation, and Hella. Their most recent role was as the Senior Director of Operations at Ascend Elements, where they were responsible for establishing and managing global manufacturing sites for advanced battery materials. Prior to that, they served as the General Manager of Pennant Moldings, where they successfully grew sales and improved profitability. Mike also held leadership positions at L&L Products, TechForm, ETI Precision & Jevco International, Vistapro Automotive LLC, and Visteon Corporation. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in operations management, P&L accountability, and driving business growth.

Mike Maupin completed their undergraduate education at the University of Detroit Mercy from 1985 to 1989, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering. Later, from 1997 to 1999, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business from Michigan State University - Eli Broad College of Business. In 2002, they attended IESE Business School for Executive Business Management.
