Abe Ruiz

Abe Ruiz is a seasoned hospitality professional with extensive experience in food and beverage management. Currently serving as Sr Operating Partner at Ascend Hospitality Group since November 2021 and Managing Partner at Roswell F & B Management, Abe has worked with top-tier clients in the industry. Previous roles include VP of Strategic Growth and Innovation at The Greene Turtle Sports Bar & Grille and Managing Director/Concept Creator at Distrito T-Mobile, where Abe developed eight food and beverage brands for a $200 million entertainment complex. As CEO of Eat Here Brands, COO for Famous Dave's of America, and COO for Colon Gerena Restaurant Group, responsibility included overseeing operations for multiple well-known dining brands. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Marketing & Operations at IL Mulino NYC and Area Director at Strip House. Abe holds a Bachelor of Science in Hotel, Restaurant, and Institutional Management from Virginia Tech.
