Rita Miao has a diverse background in finance and investment. Rita currently holds the position of Co-President at Ascend Investment Group since August 2020. Prior to that, they worked as a Global Credit Intern at The Carlyle Group from June 2023 to August 2023. Rita also gained experience at Goizueta Investment Management Group, where they served as a Fixed Income Vice President from August 2022 to December 2022 and as a Fixed Income Analyst from September 2021 to August 2022. In addition, Rita worked as a Private Equity Intern at Schroders from June 2022 to August 2022, and as a PE Summer Intern at China Securities from May 2021 to July 2021.
Rita Miao attended Nanjing Foreign Language School from 2017 to 2020, where they obtained a High School Diploma. Rita then went on to study Finance and Statistics at Emory University - Goizueta Business School from 2022 to 2024. In January 2021, Rita obtained the Bloomberg Market Concepts certification from Bloomberg LP.
