Krissa Mayhew, M.Ed.

Krissa Mayhew, M.Ed. has had a varied and successful career in education. Krissa began their career in 2008 as a Language Arts Teacher and Building Substitute at the Renaissance Academy Charter School. From 2009-2017, they worked as an English and Special Education Teacher and Case Manager at the Central Bucks School District. In 2017, they began working at Goalbook as a Multi-State Standards (MSS) Team Editor, ELA Content Editor, and Original Content Contributor. In 2018, they took on a role as Curriculum Developer for YiYi English. In 2019, they became a Copyeditor for College Career Consulting LLC. In 2021, they were an Assessment Creator for EdIncites. Finally, in 2022, they became a Content Creator for Ascend Math and an Intervention Teaching Assistant for the Souderton Area School District.

Krissa Mayhew, M.Ed. has an extensive education history. Krissa obtained their Master's Degree in Education from Cabrini University in 2012. Prior to that, they obtained a Special Education Certificate from Immaculata University in 2008. Krissa also obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education and Teaching and a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from West Chester University of Pennsylvania between 2003 and 2006. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Early Childhood Education, Elementary Education, Secondary English Grades 7-12, and Special Education Grades K-12 from the State of Pennsylvania.
