Jeanine (Gordon) Pastirik, P.E., MBA, is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in production management and operational efficiency within the chemical manufacturing industry. Currently serving as Sr. Production Manager at Ascend Performance Materials, Jeanine oversees three Acrylonitrile Units, focusing on team leadership and operational complexities. Previous roles include Senior Production Manager for Utilities, Environmental & Distribution, and Senior Production Manager for Utilities & Environmental, where responsibilities encompassed waste processing, regulatory compliance, and essential utilities management. Prior experience at BASF involved roles as an Energy Management Specialist, Operations Manager, Project Manager, and Controls Engineer, where Jeanine led energy efficiency and production optimization initiatives.
