Kiera Harris

Kiera Harris is a seasoned Speech Language Pathologist with extensive experience in educational and clinical settings. Currently at Ascend Rehab Services, Inc. since October 2021, Kiera provides expert testimony for school district litigation and serves over 40 elementary-aged students with various disabilities. Prior experience includes a role at the U.S. Department of Education, where Kiera reviewed IEPs, developed individualized speech goals, and implemented the Pioneer Nest program for high-functioning students with Autism. Kiera's clinical background includes conducting assessments and treatments at Putnam Hospital Center and providing social development therapy at Mercy College's Summer Nest program. Kiera holds a Master's degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Mercy University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Binghamton University.
