Pascal Eggers has over 15 years of experience in various roles related to engineering, network management, and cybersecurity. Pascal is currently the Director of Engineering & Network at Ascend Technologies, where they develop and maintains strategies for the teams and oversees day-to-day operations. Prior to that, they served as the Manager of Cybersecurity Firewall & Network at Ascend Technologies, where they were responsible for developing strategies and maintaining a positive work attitude within the team.

Pascal has also been actively involved in the education sector. Pascal has served as an Advisory Board Member for the Information Technology curriculum at both the University of Cincinnati and Butler Tech-D Russel Lee Career Center.

Before joining Ascend Technologies, Pascal worked as a Technical Teamlead & Consultant Network Engineering at NSCON Network Services & Consulting GmbH. Pascal developed strategies for the team and served as the contact person for technical questions and internal matters. Pascal also worked as a Network Consulting Engineer at NSCON Network Services & Consulting GmbH, where they were involved in designing and updating networking standards for global and national customers.

Pascal has also worked at Computacenter as a Technical Resources Group Network & Datacenter Engineer, at Eurofins NSC IT Infrastructure Germany GmbH as a Network Infrastructure Engineer, at Fiege Logistik Stiftung & Co. KG as a Network and CUCM Engineer, at HanseNet as a Technical Analyst / Customer Technical Service, and at D+S Europe AG as a Service desk analyst.

Pascal Eggers graduated from Lakota East Highschool in 2004 with a degree in English, Mathematics, and Science. Following that, from 2004 to 2006, they attended Butler Tech and received a Diploma in Computer Systems and Networking and English. In terms of additional certifications, Pascal obtained various certifications in network security, including Fortinet Network Security Expert Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3 certifications from Fortinet in different years. Pascal also obtained certifications in Cisco Umbrella, Skybox Security, ITIL® Foundation, and Cisco Routing and Switching. Additionally, they received training in UCCX administration, administration training for mrs Vanguard, and Cisco Callmanager administration, network, and support.
