Michelle Gallagher

Michelle Gallagher currently serves as the Senior Director of Bank Loyalty at Ascenda, a position held since November 2025. Prior to this role, Michelle spent a decade at Commonwealth Bank, where responsibilities included leading the loyalty proposition for credit cards as a Product Owner, serving as an Executive Advisor in Consumer Finance, and holding various leadership positions such as Head of Product for Retail Wealth and Head of Strategy for Corporate Affairs. Earlier in the career, Michelle worked at PwC Consulting as a Senior Manager and at PwC as a Manager, with additional experience at Lehman Brothers during its administration. Michelle holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Management Science and Information Systems Studies from Trinity College Dublin.
