Radhika D.

Radhika D. is a seasoned technology and engineering leader with extensive experience in executive roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Senior Director of Engineering Delivery at Ascendion since December 2022, Radhika previously held the position of Senior Director of Technology at Conduent from March 2018 to January 2023, where leadership was provided for technology teams delivering Conduent's Commercial Products Suite. Prior to that, Radhika managed technology delivery and transformation efforts at CVS Health from January 2014 to December 2017. Additional roles include positions at MetLife, UnitedHealthcare, Johnson & Johnson, CIT, and PRD IT Solutions Limited, demonstrating a comprehensive background in project and program management. Radhika holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Pune University.
