Yash Arora

Yash Arora is a seasoned talent partner currently holding multiple positions, including Talent Captain at Ascendion since October 2022, and Talent Partner for the Office of the Chairman at both Hyqoo and Collabera Digital since May 2022. Yash has extensive experience in talent acquisition and management, having served as Talent Partner for North America & Overseas at Collabera Inc. since May 2016 and held various roles at Collabera Technologies from May 2011 to April 2016. Additional volunteer work includes involvement with Amnesty International and UNICEF, focusing on global movements and education initiatives. Yash's educational background includes a Master of Business Administration from Parul University and a High Performance Leadership certification from Cornell University.
