Erin Kreinest

Erin Kreinest is an experienced professional in the biomedical field, currently serving as Director of Scientific Excellence and previously holding multiple leadership roles at Ascendis Pharma from April 2020 to the present. Prior to this, Erin worked at Arbor Pharmaceuticals as a Senior Medical Science Liaison and Medical Science Liaison from September 2015 to March 2020. Erin's academic background includes a postdoctoral position at the Medical University of South Carolina, where significant research on mesenchymal stem cells and lupus was conducted, resulting in IRB and FDA IND approvals for a multicenter trial. Erin earned a Ph.D. in Immunology from the University of Florida, where multiple collaborative research projects and significant presentations at national conferences were undertaken. Additional academic roles included serving as a Graduate Teaching Assistant during the doctoral program. Erin holds a Bachelor of Science in Microbiology from Bowling Green State University.
