Anastasiia Oleinykova

Anastasiia Oleinykova has a diverse work experience in the field of recruitment and human resources. Anastasiia started their career as an English Volunteer Teacher at NTUU "KPI" in 2014 and then moved on to work as a Teamlead/IT recruiter and HR Manager at PHP-academy from 2016 to 2017. Anastasiia also had a brief stint as CEO/Teamlead at CleverMatch Ltd. in 2017. Anastasiia then joined HUBBER.PRO in 2017 and served as an HR Generalist and later as a Technical Recruiter until 2019. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as a Recruiter at Infopulse. Currently, they are working at Ascendix Tech as a Recruiter since January 2022.

Anastasiia Oleinykova attended the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' from 2013 to 2017. During their time at the university, they studied Theory and Practice of English Translating. In addition to their degree, Anastasiia also obtained certifications in Team Kanban from Kanban University in May 2020 and Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org in April 2020.
