Tetiana Vichkanova

Tetiana Vichkanova has a diverse work experience in various roles. Tetiana started their career with MobiDev in 2010, where they served as a Team Lead for Quality Assurance from June 2010 to May 2012. Tetiana then transitioned into a Project Manager role from April 2011 to August 2017. Following their time at MobiDev, Tetiana joined Namecheap, Inc in September 2017 as a Scrum Master until December 2017. Tetiana then moved on to Ascendix Technologies in January 2018, where they initially worked as a Senior Agile Project Manager until July 2021. In April 2020, they took on the additional responsibility of PM Lead until July 2021. Currently, they are working as a Delivery Manager at Ascendix Technologies, a position they have held since December 2020.

Tetiana Vichkanova obtained a Bachelor's degree in Transportation Logistics and Transport Management from the Ukrainian State University of Railway Transport from 2005 to 2009. Tetiana then pursued a Master's degree in the same field and at the same university from 2009 to 2010. Afterwards, they enrolled in the Kharkiv National University of Radioelectronics from 2010 to 2011, where they obtained a Master's degree in Computer Software Engineering.

In terms of additional certifications, Tetiana received the SAFe Agilist Certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2021. Tetiana also obtained the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Team Facilitation certification from ICAgile in April 2021, and the ICAgile Certified Professional - Agile Project Management certification from ICAgile in March 2018. Furthermore, Tetiana earned the PMP certification from the PMI-OC Project Management Institute Orange County Chapter in August 2017, and the Professional Scrum Master I certification from Scrum.org in February 2014. Additionally, they obtained the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist certification from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2021.
