In 2000, they became a Senior Consultant - Financial Management Services at PricewaterhouseCoopers. Eugene held this position until 2002 when they left to work as a Senior Consultant - Financial Management Services at IBM. Eugene worked at IBM until 2004 when they left to join Robert Half Management Resources as an Account Executive / Division Director. Eugene worked at Robert Half until 2007 when they joined The Mergis Group as Practice Director. In 2008, they left The Mergis Group to join their current company, Ascendo Resources, as a Managing Partner.

Eugene Holzer's educational career includes receiving a MBA from NYU Stern School of Business in finance/management and a bachelor's degree from University at Albany, SUNY in accounting.
