Mark Olszewski

Mark Olszewski is currently the Executive Vice President Global Solutions Delivery at Ascendum. Prior to this, they were with NetCracker (NEC) from May 2012 to November 2014 as the Vice President - Delivery and Customer Experience. Mark's focus was on elevated customer experiences for wireline, wireless, and cable partners. Before their time at NetCracker, Olszewski was with Convergys from August 2004 to May 2012 as the Vice President - Americas. During their time there, they drove relationship and strategic wins for new verticals, including Customer Experience programs for Smart Grid Utilities. In 2009, they served as transitional Delivery VP for APAC. Olszewski has also been Principal and Owner of InnovativEdge from January 2003 to August 2004 and Senior Manager at Accenture from July 1994 to January 2003.
