Parvathy Therembil

Parvathy Therembil has held various HR leadership roles throughout their career. Parvathy started their career at Mphasis in 2002 as a Manager of HR and later moved to Infinite Computer Solutions as a Senior Manager of HR. In 2007, they joined Garnet Infosolutions Private Limited as a General Manager of HR, which merged with Ascendum in 2008. At Ascendum, they served as a General Manager of HR and Facility Management until 2015. Parvathy then joined ANZ as a Senior HR Business Partner and Vice President, responsible for talent planning, acquisition, and retention. In 2016, they joined Ascendum Solutions as the Vice President and Head HR India, leading HR and talent management across all centers of operation. In 2017, they also took on the role of Vice President and Head HR at Sourcebits Digital. Throughout their career, Parvathy has focused on employee experience, productivity enhancement, competence development, diversity and inclusion, leadership development, and succession planning.
