Riikka Mercer

Riikka Mercer is an experienced professional with a strong background in technology and product management. Currently serving as the Owner of Gobcat Studios, LLC since May 2023, Riikka also holds the position of Technical Product Owner at Ascendum Solutions, a role initiated in July 2021. Previous experience includes roles as Technology Application Manager, Functional Manager, and Business System Analyst at Bank of America from October 2017 to June 2021, as well as Senior Business Analyst at EverBank from August 2015 to October 2017. Riikka began the career as a Business Analyst at Bank of America from June 2011 to August 2015. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Sciences and Technology, with a Minor in Security Risk Analysis and Information Technology from Penn State University, completed from 2007 to 2011.
