Andrew M. has extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and technology. Currently serving as the Director and Head of Capital Formation at JSTAR Capital Investments since October 2025, Andrew M. leads fundraising and investor relations strategies. As a member of the Board of Trustees and previous Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Seton Fund since September 2018, Andrew M. contributes to the foundation's mission to support the Daughters of Charity of St. Vincent de Paul health ministry. Prior roles include President and CEO of RedCloud Content, CEO of Venture Philanthropy Opportunities, and MembersiQ, as well as substantial experience in operations at ECI Software Solutions and as co-founder of Neurostructures and Red Cheetah. Andrew M. holds degrees in Political Science and Russian Studies from the University of Oklahoma and is pursuing a Post Graduate Program in Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning from The University of Texas at Austin.
