Stephanie Urchick

Stephanie Urchick, EdD, currently serves as the President of Rotary International for the 2024-2025 term after having been a Rotary International Director from July 2019 to June 2021. With extensive experience in leadership and organizational development, Stephanie co-founded Doctors At Work, where from September 2007 to December 2020, consultation and training focused on leadership, communication, and customer service were provided to individuals and institutions. Previous roles include Executive Director/CEO of the Southpointe CEO Association from March 2010 to May 2018, Executive Director of the Southpointe Property Owners' Association from April 2007 to December 2014, and Trustee at The Rotary Foundation of Rotary International from July 2012 to June 2014. Stephanie's background in higher education includes a significant tenure as a Higher Education Administrator at California University of Pennsylvania from January 1988 to June 2007. Educational qualifications include an EdD in Leadership from Indiana University of Pennsylvania, an MSEd in Education from Duquesne University, and a BA in International Relations from the University of Pennsylvania.
