Anushka Davies

Anushka Davies serves as the Global Head of Talent & Culture at Phaidon International since March 2025 and holds a position as a Member of the Board of Trustees at London Youth since October 2025. Prior to these roles, Anushka was with Softcat from September 2000 to March 2025, where responsibilities included leadership of Talent, Engagement & Diversity as well as Learning and Development, overseeing key programs such as the Graduate and Apprentice initiatives. Anushka also managed a team of Account Managers in a Sales Team Leader role, focusing on nurturing relationships with major accounts. Additionally, Anushka contributed as a member of the Women Of The Channel Europe Advisory Board from December 2018 to January 2024. Anushka’s academic background includes a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computing from Oxford Brookes University, complemented by a Chartered MCIPD qualification.
