Jennifer Fondon is a seasoned healthcare executive with extensive experience in regulatory compliance and quality operations. Currently serving as the Regulatory Preparedness Manager at Ascension since June 2024, Jennifer previously held the position of Executive Director of Quality Operations & Implementation at JPS Health Network from June 2021 to February 2024, where responsibilities included integrating infection prevention, clinical risk, and patient safety to align with organizational objectives. From January 2011 to June 2021, Jennifer was the Vice President of Quality at UMC Health System, focusing on strategic planning for healthcare reform, patient safety, and accreditation preparation. Jennifer holds a Master of Science in Healthcare Administration from California College of Health Science and a BSN in Nursing from The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston.
