Melinda Fagan Sphr

Melinda Fagan SPHR, SHRM-SCP currently serves as the Market Chief HR Executive at Ascension since October 2025. Previously, Melinda held the position of Regional Director of Workforce Experience at Atlantic Health from April 2019 to October 2025, leading HR strategy for a large healthcare system and collaborating with senior executives to enhance organizational performance. Experience includes serving as Director of Human Resources at Fitch Ratings, HR Business Partner-Manager at Toys R Us, and various HR roles at Saint Clare's Health System and Fidelity Investments, where responsibilities encompassed developing human capital strategies, supporting organizational transitions, and managing HR functions. Melinda earned an Executive Master's Degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Baruch College and a Bachelor's Degree in Speech Communications from Syracuse University.
