Melinda Jewell-Craft

Melinda Jewell-Craft is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Shared Services Manager at Ascension since October 2017. Prior to this role, Melinda was the Regional Director at Home Care Providers, Inc. from 2014 to September 2017, where responsibilities included representing the organization during acquisitions, conducting due diligence, analyzing staff, and managing recruitment and training programs. Melinda also held the position of Human Resources Director at Nightingale Home Healthcare from 2003 to June 2014, overseeing a workforce of 650 employees in a multi-entity, multi-state non-union corporation.
