Seth Kalpathy

Seth Kalpathy is an experienced technology leader currently serving as the Head of Site Reliability Engineering at Ascension since June 2021, where the focus is on managing SLO/SLIs and improving the reliability, scalability, and availability of the health organization's data lake and platform in GCP. Prior to Ascension, Seth held several key positions including Vice President of Site Reliability & Performance Engineering at Mastercard and Director of Digital Engineering at Ralph Lauren, where the emphasis was on performance engineering for a cloud-based eCommerce platform. Seth's extensive career also includes roles at Travelers, KPMG, Bank of America Merrill Lynch, B-Line Medical, and AOL, demonstrating a strong foundation in engineering and software development. Educational credentials include a degree from Columbia University.
