Shannon Morphis

Shannon Morphis currently serves as a Community Paramedic and Critical Care Paramedic at Maury Regional Health since May 2023 and is also a board member of the State of Tennessee Emergency Medical Services since July 2023. Shannon holds the position of President at the Tennessee EMS Education Association, which emphasizes educational advancement in EMS. Additionally, Shannon has been an Outreach Coordinator for Ascension since February 2021, focusing on outreach for EMS and Emergency Departments in Southern Middle Tennessee and the Upper Cumberland region. Prior experience includes roles as Critical Care Paramedic at Williamson Health and EMS Education Manager at Vanderbilt LifeFlight, where responsibilities included training organization and quality assurance. Shannon initially worked as an EMS Training Officer at Williamson Health, coordinating educational programs for ALS 911 service, and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Relations from Middle Tennessee State University.
