Tony Petrucelli

Tony Petrucelli has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and industries. Starting in 1993, they worked as an Advertising Associate at Super Fresh Food Markets, where they managed the production of weekly advertising circulars. In 1996, they moved on to Dudnyk Advertising & Public Relations, serving as an Account Executive and assisting in the development of client marketing communication plans.

In 2001, Tony joined Davis Advertising as a Sr. Account Executive and Consultant, where they developed and managed strategic recruitment advertising campaigns. This role allowed him to project manage over 10 clients and generate $2.5 million in recruitment advertising billings. From 2001 to 2002, they became the Client Relations Manager at Davis Advertising, developing and maintaining strong relationships with over 60 active clients.

From 2002 to 2006, Tony worked at TMP Worldwide Advertising & Communications as the Vice President/General Manager, responsible for the development and growth of clients and staff. Tony also served as the Recruitment Transactional Operations Manager, supervising various transactional business functions and managing a team of Account Executives.

In 2006, Tony became the Director of Talent Acquisition at Virtua Health, a non-profit multi-hospital healthcare system. Tony provided recruitment leadership and managed a team of 14 employees, developing and executing enterprise strategies aligned with the organization's goals.

From 2013 to 2014, Tony worked at Cooper Healthcare as the Director of Talent Acquisition, where they provided recruitment leadership to achieve the business goal of hiring over 900 employees per year.

Currently, Tony is working at Ascensus since 2015, starting as the Director of Talent Acquisition and then being promoted to Vice President, Talent Acquisition. In this role, they manage a budget and provides recruitment leadership to develop and execute enterprise strategies aligned with the company's goal of attracting, hiring, and retaining talent.

Tony Petrucelli attended Rider University from 1989 to 1992, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Journalism.
