Marimuthu A has a comprehensive work experience spanning multiple companies and roles in the field of payroll and client relationship management. Marimuthu started their career as a Team Developer at Hewitt Associates in 2001 and then worked as a Team Lead and Client Delivery Manager at Aon Hewitt from 2003 to 2009. At Aon Hewitt, they were responsible for overall payroll and benefit administration, client relationship management, process improvement, and people management. Marimuthu then joined Excelity Global in 2015 and served as the Director of Client Delivery and Head of Delivery for Payroll Solutions and Operational Excellence. In these roles, they focused on client and vendor relationship management, ensuring long-term relationships and financial results for the organization. Marimuthu combined a deep cross-functional business understanding with a long-term industry-wide strategic context for decision-making and applied best practices to all strategic decisions. Lastly, Marimuthu A currently works as the Head of Delivery for India Payroll Operations at Ascent Consulting Service, starting in 2019.

Marimuthu A completed their secondary education from S V N High School between 1985 and 1988. Marimuthu then pursued a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Vivekananda College of Arts Science and Commerce, Rajajinagar II stage, Bangalore-55, graduating in 1993.
