Paul Collins has been working in the Information Technology field since 2013. Paul began their career as a Jr. Systems Administrator at TCWIB. In the same year, they also started working as a Network Administrator at Adams Manufacturing. In 2017, they joined Continuum as a Tier 1 Help Desk Technician and was promoted to Tier 2 Help Desk Technician. In 2019, they moved to ConnectWise as an Information Technology Service Delivery Manager. Most recently, in 2021, they joined ASCENT DATA, LLC as a Help Desk Manager.

Paul Collins attended Butler County Community College from 2010 to 2013, where they earned a degree in Network Administration in the field of Computer Science.
