Lorenza Gil-Kabande is an Engagement Marketing Specialist at Ascent Funding. Prior to joining Ascent Funding, Lorenza worked as a Project Manager at Xponential Growth Solutions from January 2020 to September 2021. Lorenza has over 7 years of experience managing events and driving results for the advisors. Lorenza has a proven track record of success in managing events and has successfully managed over 50 events with retirement plan assets over $5 Million. Lorenza is a highly skilled communicator and has the ability to devise an action plan up to 5 months in advance for the development of the conference. Lorenza is also a skilled trainer and has successfully trained and managed a full-time employee who assisted their in the event planning efforts.

Lorenza Gil-Kabande's educational career began with a Bachelor's degree in Marketing from The Berlin School of Economics and Law. Lorenza later went on to earn their Certification as a Platform Strategist from Section4. Most recently, they have earned their Certification as an ASU+GSV Summit Attendee from ASU+GSV Summit 2022.
