Senni Perumal

Senni Perumal is a seasoned technology professional specializing in firmware development and Android applications, currently serving as a Senior Android Developer at Ascent Integrated Tech since August 2024. Previously, Senni co-founded Guardhat Inc. (now Aatmunn) and held the position of Vice President of Firmware Development, where responsibilities included overseeing firmware development and R&D for IoT safety solutions. Additional experience includes roles as Head of Development for a Linux-based smart hardhat, Product Architect at Akamai Technologies, and Network Scientist at BBN Technologies, among others. Senni earned a Ph.D. and a Master’s degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Maryland, following a Bachelor's degree from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras.
