Duncan Leng

Duncan Leng is a Senior Data Scientist at Ascent since October 2021, having previously served as a Data Scientist after a promotion. Prior experience includes working as a Junior Data Scientist at Mango Solutions from September 2019 to September 2021, where responsibilities involved data science and advanced analytics projects, impacting areas such as fraud prevention and COVID-19 response analysis. Prior to this, Duncan held an Industrial Placement Student position at Merck Group, focusing on research and development of semiconductor materials for solar cells, and completed a Summer Internship at Northcott Global Solutions, which included data research and insurance policy verification. Duncan holds an MSci in Chemical Physics with Industrial Placement from the University of Bristol, completed in 2019.
