Thomas Huelsnitz

Thomas Huelsnitz is an accomplished leader in the fields of artificial intelligence and machine learning, currently serving as the Head of AI/ML at AscentAI since October 2025. Prior to this role, Thomas was the Director of Analytics and Innovation at NeuroID, part of Experian, from April 2024 to October 2025. Thomas also held the position of Senior Data Scientist at Feedzai, where responsibilities included developing predictive models for financial crime detection. At GE Power, Thomas advanced from a Data Scientist to Senior Data Scientist, contributing significantly to sales forecasting and defect detection improvements, as well as developing an image classifier for satellite imagery. Educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Physics and a Master's Degree in Laser and Optical Engineering from The University of Georgia.
