Cait Kooistra

Cait Kooistra began their professional career in 2010 with Executive Planning Services as a Special Projects Associate. In 2013, they moved to Nantahala Outdoor Center as an Office Manager - Client Relations & Sales, where they exceeded revenue targets via strategic cold calling campaigns. In 2015, Cait moved to Bayleys Real Estate as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator, managing regional marketing campaigns. In 2016, they joined Swisslog Logistics Automation as a Client Transition & Onboarding Manager and Leadership Development Management Program, where they worked with VPs and Directors to identify opportunities for growth. In 2019, Cait began their current role at Ascent360 as the Director of Client Success, where they are responsible for overall client health and achieving revenue & profitability targets.

Cait Kooistra is currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Sustainability and Organizational Strategy at the University of Colorado Denver. Cait holds a B.A. (Hons) in Business & Political Science from Lee University.
