Saumya Srivastava

Saumya Srivastava PhD has extensive work experience in the scientific and medical research field. They began their career as a Post-Doctoral Fellow at the University of Southern California in 2012 and then joined the Beckman Research Institute City of Hope in 2013 for a similar role. After completing their post-doctoral work, they transitioned to the Keck Graduate Institute in 2017 as a Staff Researcher. In 2019, they joined the City of Hope as a Staff Scientist. Most recently, they have joined Ascentage Pharma in 2022 as a Medical Science Liaison.

Saumya Srivastava PhD began their education in 1997 at St Ann's Sen Sec School, where they obtained their High School degree with a focus on Maths and Biology. Saumya then pursued a Master's Degree in Molecular and Human Genetics from Banaras Hindu University from 2002 to 2004. Saumya went on to complete their Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at The University of Tokyo between 2008 and 2012.
