Yunxiang Dai

Scientist II, Mass Spectrometry at Verve Therapeutics

Yunxiang “Sean” Dai is a scientist II, mass spectrometry at Verve Therapeutics, with expertise in proteomics. He has three years of pharma/biotech industry experience, in advancing proteomic strategies for discovery research and translational development of multiple drug modalities. Prior to joining Verve, he worked on developing mRNA therapeutics for cystic fibrosis and mRNA vaccines for infectious diseases at Translate Bio, a Sanofi Company. Dr. Dai received his B.A. from St. Olaf College, with double majors in biology and chemistry. He earned his Ph.D., in biophysics, from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where he published several articles on using mass spectrometry for proteoform identification and proteoform family construction.
