Andrew Perrin

Andrew Perrin serves as the General Counsel and Senior Director of Risk Management at Ascentek since August 2022 and is also a Partner at the Law Office of Andrew F. Previously, Perrin held the position of General Counsel and Secretary at Lubrication Technologies, Inc. from December 2017 to January 2020 and was an attorney at Larkin Hoffman from 1994 to 2017, specializing in franchise and distribution law. Perrin's extensive experience in the franchise industry includes serving on the Board of Directors of the International Franchise Association and chairing its Supplier Forum. Academic credentials include a JD from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in Political Science from Kalamazoo College.
