Melissa Detamble

Melissa DeTamble has a strong background in human resources, starting with their role as a Senior Regional Human Resources Manager at Elkay Manufacturing from 2002 to 2009. Melissa then served as the Corporate Human Resources Director at Plymouth Tube Company from 2009 to 2014. Following that, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at Inventus Power from 2014 to 2016. From 2016 to 2023, Melissa served as the Senior Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer at PLZ Aeroscience. Currently, Melissa is working as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Ascential Technologies, a position they have held since 2023.

Melissa DeTamble earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign in 1995. Later, they obtained an MBA from Lewis University in 2011.
