Shravya Dega

Shravya Dega has a diverse range of work experience across various companies and roles. Shravya started their career at Accenture as an Outsourcing Consultant, where they built strong Programme Offices for clients such as EMI Records and Lloyds Banking Group. Shravya then moved on to Pcubed as a Management Consultant, where they worked on a large-scale transformation program for the Royal Bank of Scotland. Following that, they joined Hyperion Insurance Group as a Project Manager. Shravya then transitioned to Deloitte UK as a Senior Consultant, focusing on change projects in the Programme Leadership function and leading the Talent Management strategy for a key account. After that, they worked at BAE Systems Applied Intelligence as a Manager Business Consulting. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Delivery and Change at Ascential.

Shravya Dega attended the University of Bath from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a BSc Hons degree in Business Administration. Prior to that, they attended Simon Langton Girls' School.
