Wilson Tan is an experienced Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) at Ascentis Private Limited since January 2010, where leadership spans 18 years in the regional market. Under Wilson's guidance, Ascentis has become a premier CRM & Loyalty Agency serving over 150 clients in Southeast Asia and has received more than 80 marketing awards since 2013. Previous roles include Senior Vice President, Vice President, Assistant Vice President, Business Development Manager, Project Manager, and Account Manager, demonstrating expertise in project implementation and account management for notable clients such as NTUC Club and Singapore Sports Council. Earlier experience includes a Business Development Manager position at Home-Fix D.I.Y. Pte Ltd and internships at Kelly Services Singapore and the Civil Aviation Authority of Singapore. Wilson holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from the University of London and has a background in management training from Temasek Polytechnic.
