Melanie Rendall

Melanie Rendall is an experienced finance professional with a robust background in commercial finance and financial analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Commercial Finance Manager at John Lewis Partnership since April 2021, Melanie previously held various positions at Waitrose & Partners from November 2012 to March 2021, including Finance Business Partner and Commercial Finance Manager. Melanie's early career included roles at John Lewis, Davies Group Loss Adjusters, and The Walt Disney Company, where responsibilities ranged from finance analysis to budget support. A CIMA graduate, Melanie also holds a BSc (Hons) in Business Management from the University of Surrey, specializing in Finance and Accounting.
