Fredric Fial, CLFP, has a diverse work experience spanning over four decades. Fredric currently serves as the Vice President of Sales at Ascentium Capital, where they provide innovative financing solutions to various organizations. Prior to this role, Fredric worked as a Senior Relationship Manager at Midas Financial Company, offering both secured and unsecured lending programs. Fredric also served as a Senior Business Advisor at WISE Business Advisors, LLP, where they assisted clients in finance, people, process, and growth areas. Fredric has held senior leadership roles at Pacific Premier Bank, National Bank of Arizona, Nations Equipment Finance, Western Alliance Equipment Finance, and M&I Equipment Finance Company, among others. Fredric Fial, CLFP, began their education in 1973 at North Miami Beach Senior High School, where they focused on a general course of study. After graduating in 1976, they went on to attend the W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. From 1976 to 1981, Fredric pursued a Bachelor of Science degree, with a major in Finance, General. Fredric then continued their education at the same institution, receiving a Master of Business Administration in Finance, General, from 1983 to 1987.
