Rob Vlach

Rob Vlach, MBA has a strong and diverse work experience. Rob is currently working at Ascentium Capital as the Vice President - Equipment Finance since May 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Signature Bank as the Vice President - Executive Sales Officer from July 2021 to May 2023. Rob has also spent a significant amount of time at Caterpillar Financial Services Corporation, where they held various roles including International Syndications Manager, Corporate Accounts Sales Manager, Treasury Funding Manager, Territory Sales Manager, Senior Credit Analyst, and Treasury Finance Representative from 2008 to 2021. Before joining Caterpillar, Rob worked at Caterpillar as a Pricing and Revenue Analyst and a Treasury Cash Deployment Analyst. Rob also has experience as a Graduate Assistant at Bradley University: Foster College of Business, a Financial Analyst at Newcastle Limited, a Financial Consultant at Arthur Andersen, and a Territory Manager at Compass International.

Rob Vlach, MBA, completed their Bachelor's degree in Advertising at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign from 1996 to 2000. Rob then pursued further education, obtaining their MBA with a Finance Concentration from Bradley University between 2004 and 2006.

In addition to their formal education, Rob also holds a Management Essentials Certification from Harvard Business School Online, which they obtained in January 2019.
