Senior Principal Data Scientist - I at Ascentt

Akshay Adlakha has a diverse work experience in the field of data science and software engineering. Akshay is currently working as a Data Scientist at Ascentt since November 2022. Prior to that, they worked at Infosys as a Senior Analyst - Data Science from April 2021 to November 2022.

In 2020, Akshay interned at Revolutionary Integration Group Inc. as an AI/ML Architecture Intern. During this time, they developed an Emergency Robo Rescue Simulator and built a heterogeneous multi-agent network using Reinforcement Learning. Akshay also generated a concept of operations for defining the relationship and interactions of agents.

From 2016 to 2019, Akshay worked at Xavient Digital as a Software Engineer. In this role, they built a Call center real-time monitoring tool with the capability to support over 3,000 concurrent users. Akshay provided various features such as user permission, roles menu, application settings, alert creation, and notification. Akshay also presented real-time call volume statistics in an Angular UI grid with custom filtering, searching, sorting, and drag-drop functionality.

Before that, from 2016 to 2017, Akshay worked as an Associate Software Engineer at Xavient Digital. In this role, they built a web application to configure and administer Cox CPR and IVR call center functionality. Akshay implemented logic over real-time ACD statistics and developed a system to help IVR interact with CPR for routing calls to appropriate teams.

Akshay Adlakha completed a Master of Science (MS) degree in Data Science from the University at Buffalo, from 2019 to 2021. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2016, they obtained a Bachelor's of Technology degree in Computer Science from Apeejay Stya Education (Svran Foundation). In 2010 to 2012, they attended Raman Munjal Vidya Mandir, although the specific degree and field of study for this period are not provided.
