Kelly Pineau

Kelly Pineau has extensive experience in operations and customer service, currently serving as the Director of Operations at Reverie since April 2015, where previous roles included Supply Chain Manager and Manager of Order Management and Logistics. Prior to Reverie, Kelly worked at Bank of America from February 2010 to April 2015, holding positions such as Sales and Customer Service Representative II and Customer Relationship Manager, focusing on loan modifications and customer support. Earlier experience includes roles as Customer Service Lead at Tops Markets and Front End Manager at AJs Grand Prix, along with a position as Front Desk Agent at Millennium & Copthorne Hotels. Kelly holds an Associate's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Trocaire College and completed General Studies at Mount Mercy Academy.
