Monique Howard

Monique Howard currently serves as the Inland Marine West Region Vice President at Ascot Group since January 2024. Additionally, Monique holds multiple leadership roles within the Inland Marine Underwriters Association, including Chair and Treasurer of the San Francisco Chapter of the PCA Committee, and has been a Board Member of the Curriculum Board for the California Department of Insurance since June 2020, focusing on overseeing professional education standards. With a robust background in the marine insurance industry, Monique has held positions such as Assistant Vice President at Allied World and has experience with AIG and Lexington Insurance Company. Monique's involvement in professional organizations includes being a Board Member at the NAAIA of San Francisco Bay Area Chapter and active membership in the International Association of Insurance Professionals. Monique earned a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Xavier University of Louisiana between 1996 and 2001.
