Thomas Walker

Thomas Walker is an experienced event logistics professional currently serving as an Event Logistics Co-ordinator at Ascot Racecourse since February 2023. Previously, as UK Operations Manager at Action Challenge from August 2016 to November 2022, Thomas was integral to the leadership team overseeing multiple mass participation events, including key initiatives like implementing COVID safety measures for the Chilterns 50. Previous roles included Project Manager and Events Co-Ordinator at Action Challenge, where Thomas was responsible for managing logistics and planning various events. Early career experiences include working as Bar Manager at Essential Party Ingredient and coaching children as an Assistant Coach at Activate Sport. Thomas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Sport Coaching and Education from the University of Gloucestershire, completed in 2016.
